These terms govern your use of Playmker, the playbook platform for football and Rugby Union at playmker.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Playmker lets coaches build, animate and share plays and training sessions, and lets their squads view them. The Demo tier is free and limited (five saved plays, no sharing). The Coach plan covers one team; the Club plan covers a whole club under one agreement. Players never pay.
You need to be at least 18 to hold a coach account and responsible for your team's use of the service. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Players access shared plays by link and do not hold accounts.
Plays, drills, notes and rosters you create are yours (or your club's). You grant us only the licence needed to store, display and sync them for you and the people you share them with. If you leave, you can export your playbook - your plays leave with you. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other clubs' data, no reselling access, no uploading unlawful content, no using the platform to harass anyone, and no adding personal details about players beyond what the product asks for (a name and shirt number).
We aim to keep Playmker available and improving, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features over time; if we materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-term, you may cancel with a pro-rata refund of any upfront payment.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on the pitch - the plays are yours, we just animate them.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
